2003 Cobra clutch

My buddie has a Tremec 3650 and will be pushing around 450-600 RWHP....Will the 03 Cobra Clutch kit...and flywheel bolt to his tranny?....and How much HP are these clutches rated at?

They are a good replacement if you are in the 500rwhp range.
