For Sale: 2004 Cobra, Competition Orange, 5,120 miles, $37,500

First time posting. If anything is missed, I apologize and will add right away.

With a growing family it is time to sell the Cobra to someone that can genuinely enjoy it for all that it is. I am going to try and be as thorough and transparent as possible with my description and detail. Car was purchased by original owner in April of 2004. In July of 2004 he reported a paint issue with the car to Ford. Ford offered to repaint the areas in question, but the owner declined, and the car was bought back by Ford. The Carfax shows a manufacturer buyback, but the title is clean with no branding. The paint work was completed, and I have the invoice showing all what was done. From there Jeff Victor the owner of Victor Ford in Wauconda, Illinois purchased the car as his personal vehicle in September of 2004. He then sent the car to Kenny Brown Performance to have their Kenny Brown CSR Performance Package put on the car. The package cost at the time $37,894 and included the following:

At this point, the car had 700 miles on the odometer and all parts that were to be removed/ upgraded were kept and are included in the sale of the car. This includes original front and passenger seats, brakes, rims and tires, exhaust, shocks/springs and much more. I tried to take pictures of the major parts for reference. Later the stock Eaton supercharger was replaced by a 2.3 Whipple and the Baer brakes were changed to slotted Brembos. Original Eaton supercharger included in sale. Other upgrades were made as well that include Cobra R Fuel Cell, Mcleod Clutch, fully built T56 Tremec transmission and shifter. Every receipt and alteration during this time period was documented with invoices and handwritten notes that will be provided in the binder, photo attached. Car was raced at the Autobahn in Joliet until Jeff Purchased a S197 Mustang to build. Car was meticulously cared for and only worked on by Ford technicians. In April of 2016 my father purchased the car to pair with his 2000 Cobra R. He drove it sparingly and sold it to me in July of 2019. I had the car professionally tuned by Tim Barth of Barth Tuning.

Paint is in good shape but does have a few rock chips.
