!!!2004!!! Dealers of private. Cobra Convertible Silver Convertible

If you are a dealer that will do business with me, I am entertaining the idea of downgrading my 2004 Cobra Convertible to something else. Cobra has 45K miles. Mods listed in sig. We work out a trade in on my Cobra and I drive off the lot in a different mustang. I am looking for cars valued between $5k-$10K that are able to be financed. I don't think a trade like this will work with private parties, but if anyone has suggestions I am open to private party vehicles as well. I am in Tampa, FL but I will drive for the right vehicle.

Here is what I want.
1986-93 GT or GT T-Top. Preferably T-Top
94-98 Cobra/Saleen. Hardtop or Vert. No automatics.
