It's not like they are starting up a new production line for 1000 engines. They are just continuing to build the same engines that were build for the 2003 production run.

So it's 12000 for '03 and 1000 for '04 for a total run of 13000 or 12000 for '03 and 10000 or so for '04 yielding a total run of 22000 or so.
