2005 GT stripe clean-up question

I have an '05 GT with Ford factory vinyl stripes that are discolored. There are some spots that seem to look different than the rest and are 'faded' and other spots that are dirty. When I wash the car I scrub and scrub and the spots dont come off. The spots that are dirty seem to be little spots but the 'faded' spots seem to be longer pieces. Is there anyone way to even the stripes out? Wax and polish? Is there a product out there specificly for vinyl? Please help!

Yea those stripes are a pain. I detailed at a car dealership that had fords. i would try maybe a vinyl cleaner or shine them up with some detail spray(black magic), anything that u use to shine up ur interior. then just clean the rest of the car. it may or may not work
