2005 Saleen pics

pretty sweet. I like the back on it with the exhaust. Not a radical as I thought it would be as in past years. (body wise)
im not impressed. those pictures don't do much for me. I nee to see some better pics and see it in person

Nothing can make the 2005 mustang look good. These cars remind me of the mid-70's Mustang II.
I like it personally. No known specs, I believe the car itself debut TODAY in Anaheim, Ca for the first time to the public. More pics should be on their way after today.

THAT looks A LOT better! i actually like it! the back looks good, kinda reminds me of a 70' cuda back tho

It is definitely better then the stock GT but far from good.
Looks a hell of a lot better than any Saleen of any other body style.
04 and older are to busy, they look more like "Transformers".
The 05 is more subtle. It says hey I'm a Saleen, not HEY!!!! look at me with all my huge extra body parts.
I don't want to piss off any current Saleen owners, but I've never been a big fan of the outside looks of them. They almost look like their one step from being a ricer. Granted they are made in limited production, but it would take more than that for me to buy an earlier model

overall, the rearend is awesome..
seats are awesome, hope the engine is!
I know that can't be Saleen's final product..
As in the past, they'll probably design many Mustang packages.

The GT looks better
Having owned a saleen in 3 different body styles all that comes to mind is......very disappointed. I had a feeling that even saleen wouldn't be able to fix the ugliest car ford has ever created. If I wanted a car that looked like a toyota solara from the rear then I would buy a toyota solara. I think the pontiac GTO and the 2005 stang are the most disappointing cars from an aesthetic sense ever. Of course I nearly cried when i saw the 99 stangs so maybe it will grow on me.
