2006 Built Trailblazer SS!! Showroom clean!!

Hey guys i am posting this for a friend. He has a 2006 Trailblazer SS 2wd/cloth. It has 68,900 miles on it, it is his daily driver he drives it 25 miles each way everyday to work so the miles with go up daily. He built the motor and tranny and had the suv repainted about 15k miles ago. It is flawless, garage kept and well maintained. You want find a cleaner one and more maintained vehicle. Garage kept. He is asking $23,500 obo. Engine and tranny have around 15k miles. Oil changed every 3k miles with Mobile 1 Synthetic. No expense spared on this vehicle. It was tuned @ Vengeance Racing and made 485 rwhp. Here is a list of all the parts and stuff done to it. It has 69k on the body and 15k on the motor tranny and build of it. It has not been sprayed a lot and on a 100 shot when sprayed. Pictures do this no justice its a very clean and like new vehicle.
