Whos tune is on it? If its a model 3000, then its a plain X3 that would need a custom tune loaded on it. The model 3015 is the SF3 and it comes with preloaded tunes from SCT and can also hold custom tunes. So does it have a custom tune on it? Keep in mind that if it doesnt, then someone would need to pay more money to get a custom tune from one of the vendors.

The X3's dont come w/ tunes in them, you are correct.. the tunes that I have been using (BBR tunes) wont work if the car's PC code isnt the same. Im fully aware that whomever gets this tuner will have to get thier tunes seperate. I have never bought one of these expecting a tune to allready be loaded in it unless it was purchased from a vendor.. American Muscle sells these for $379 plus shipping, Lethal sells them for $479+shipping.. I have always paid $275-$300 for these used and unlocked, no tunes and ready for the next car. That seems to be the price that I still see them go for used online.
