2013 GT500 Fan Upgrade

Has anyone upgraded their fan with the fan assembly from the 2013/14? I'm considering it for my 2011 and was wondering what the results of the upgrade were. I did a search and didn't find much.

My original fan started burning up high speed fan relays, so I replaced it with a new 13/14 unit. It works great, allows more air flow through vents that open at highway speeds. At idle with hood closed, the low speed fan cools my engine down by 10* in under a minute. It is a direct replacement for the OEM unit with no modification needed. I purchased mine for around $200. If you are just looking to "upgrade" your stock fan, I doubt you would see much, if any difference in performance, and I would suggest that you save your money or spend it on another mod.

it is amazing you wont regret it +it has 4 vents (right and lift) that will open up when Cruising to give more air i see 174 coolant temp without the fan even switching just the vents doing its thing when Cruising around

bolt on no harness mod or anything just a quick 15 minute install
