Yes, might need a spacer to clear the brakes though. 2014 rims fit on a 99-04 v6 but on tight turns rubbed the inner fender and appear to sit in further from the fender.

I ran 05+ wheels on a 96 (which is essentially the same thing)
Needed a 1" spacer in the rear (with new studs) and a 1/4 spacer up front:
