Has anyone installed the rear seats out of a 2013 gt500 in a 2009 or earlier GT500?

Yes, it is a direct bolt-in swap. I have done it myself...............

and now matching headrests front and rear.................

I only changed the backs and reused my original seat bottom. I sold the oem 2013 rear seat bottom to recoup a small amount of the $$$ it cost to have these 2013 backs re-upholstered in the 2008 design to match what was in my car.

Looks like I can get the rear seat for a 2011-2014 from any Mustang and then buy the GT500 skins for them. I may go that route.

If you need the rear seat back skins for a regular production GT500 (the leather skins that came off of these seat backs), I have the originals and won't be using them. All I used/needed was the foam with the headrests.

Nice!!

It is usually the foam that is harder to find, unless you buy it from a wrecked/salvage car.
