Detonated the old motor and blew a head gasket. Did a leak down test and hurt a couple Pistons. So basically the motor needs a rebuild of fresh pistons, rings, bearings, decking, sleeved and balancing. I'll have pics up sometime this week. I'm located in Long Island, NY. I'm looking for $3,500 for a 5.8 aluminum short block that needs a rebuild.
