Does anyone know the normal oil operating temp for the 2015 GT? Or the range they see in oil temps on theirs? Curious to see what you're seeing, as I'm probably installing an oil temp gauge soon.

It's. Usually really close to water temp.

Why not swap the useless vacuum for oil temp?
Unless you have a problem it should be close to the coolant temp. A more useful gauge is oil pressure.
Cause I have boost gauge.

I have oil pressure as an option too I guess, but the only dial gauge I look at on my info center is the oil temp because I don't do anything other than baby the car until the oil is fully warmed up. So I was thinking that gauge would be a good replacement as a mechanical gauge. Oil pressure is good too, I guess, but if your oil pressure drops off dangerously there's a sensor for that and I'm guessing you're going to have other major problems and probably a really loud band or metal breaking sounds to go with it. Just thinking out loud though
