I would call the railyard and explain your situation. Have your VIN available.

Norfolk Southern
816-977-2636

Someone finally answered but that number is for the container side. They didn’t even know the car side phone number ‍♂️

Ford doesn't allow the trucking companies to jump start the cars, they replace the battery.

I hope it doesn’t take them another week. I’ll be out of the state by then.

Shipped from Plant usually means the car was shipped convoy by truck to a less congested railyard for faster shipment.

@Strikeking10 - Arrived Rail

You car has come to the end of the rail and is waiting to get unloaded from the railcar and be received by a trucking company for final delivery to your dealer.
Now is the time to contact your dealer and see if they can expedite the shipment.

Not sure I understand the status...basically no change from arrived rail, right?

One possible explanation is the car had a dead battery and they couldn't load it on a trailer or something else is holding up shipment.

What does the dealer have to say?

The car had starting issues last week and a ticket was submitted. Does it take a week to post?

It depends on when the problem was submitted to Ford. If the battery needed to be replaced, there was a third party contractor that needed to be contacted.
