How low will the compression be on my engine with 22cc dish pistons and stock heads and gaskets. Will it be too low?

No, just came up on a good package deal for a shortblock, it isn't assembled yet, I might just sell them and get some 18cc Is there any way to bump up the compression or would it be cheaper to sell the pistons and get some other ones.

Only other way to bump up the compression is by decking the block to reduce the combustion chamber volume.

If it's still apart I'd sell the pistons and get a set to match your needs. IMO heads or a block should only be decked if they're warped.

It's actually been decked .010 Would that make any difference? Am planning on just selling them and getting some 18cc so what will my comp numbers be with stock heads and gaskets considering the block has been decked .010

Might be worth talking to a place like Gibtec. Mine were made by Diamond and they were able to match the pistons to the deck height of my block.

Would I need pistons made specifically for a decked .010 block or would that only change my compression? I know the ones I have now are Manley platinum series pistons (extreme duty) 3.572 bore with stainless ring set for 3.572 bore.
So would I need some that are 3.572 bore to match the block? Just with a 18cc dish? Everything has been machined and is in sync but I don't want these pistons if my compression is going to kill my power, I will only be running a stock pulley eaton on it.

What fuel, what blower, and how much boost are you going for?

Why are you stuck on using such a big dish? You live in Houston and have access to e85. Do a flat top piston and be done with it.

Am only rebuilding the motor because my last one melted a piston. I found a good deal on all of these parts as a complete set. Am willing to sell those pistons and run some 18cc if I have to since I don't have the money to upgrade to e85 yet. The car will be on 93 octane with a stock pulley eaton, I just want to get it back on the road for now. Later on I'll go e85 And run a tvs on 19lbs.

Then get some pistons with CR. Even go with some -6cc Wisecos.

Run some flat tops. Even Coyote's that run on 93 octane run 11:1 compression from the factory. Low compression makes the thing a turd. Do it once and do it right.
