28" rear tire, stock tune A6

I've bought a set of wheels/tires (waiting on tire arrival) but wanted to see if anyone else has already done this with or without issues. I'm going to run 28" rear tire with stock fronts for the track, and would like to confirm if the car still shifts fine at WOT with the slightly larger tire. (Stock was 27.68")

If anyone else has already run with a stock automatic tune on 28" rear tires and can confirm (before I can) proper shifts, I'd appreciate it.

I ran my car stock with M/T 295/55/15 DR.(almost 28" tall) and no problems.

If anything it might shift at a slightly higher RPM. Shouldn't be a big deal.

Also confirming that it shifts fine 1-2, 2-3, at WOT with 28" rear tires on the stock tune.

I run MT 255/60 15 threy are the same diameter as the stock tires,my car shifts at 6500 12.70@114 stock tune.

What wheel are folks using to mount the drags to? Any need for spacers, longer studs, etc? I have the premium 19s on the Auto as well. Thanks.

Im using Weld Racing RTS 15x10 (7.5 BS) medium pad no need for spacers.
