I am thinking of running 29" tall tires on 15" wheels and wanted to know if anyone had rubbing issues when they had L springs. I want to run 29's because of my 4.10 gear. Also has anyone run 29 X 10.5W or 29 X 12.5 on a Shelby with L springs? Don't want to buy tires that won't fit.

I seem to think BPS has, but can't search and wasn't sure with the L springs.

Yeah, don't do it. I had hoosier qtp on l springs, tried to center rear more with adjustable control arms and they will clear when car sitting still , but during hard launches at the track they will rub pretty bad on rear bumper mud flaps. Also bias ply tire "grows" at higher speeds so at 120+ it's actually over 30 in diameter and still growing. ....ripped my skirt out. You can try them but I had very shitty experience with them. My car had 3.73 and ran like shit with 29...

Kleen, looks great, what width are those? Anything needed to make them fit? How fast did you trap?
