3 Codes...How are they related?

-P0020 "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 2)
-P0042 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
-P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

Any thoughts? They came on like 3 weeks ago, cleared them, all came back at the same time. I think last time the third one was for a bank running lean though...maybe MAF needs a clean....and some other stuff :??:

for the p0302.. id check #2 cylinder... look at the spark plug and the wire..

That guys P0042 code was a typo, his was P0442, thanks for looking though. And yeah, that was going to be my first step with the #2. I've also been told to check/clean the ECM and cylinder head grounds...

Edit: Yes I have, did a belt swap, and put on some new OEM pulleys. But the codes came on for the first time before I did any of that.
