Will the Manley 4.6 rods (P/N: 2R3V-6200-AA) work in a 1998 32V engine?

Yes, they will.

Is this an engine build?
Are you also replacing pistons?

If yes to either or both, highly suggest to get the rotating assembly balanced. These engines are internally balanced from FORD, but any change in weight can throw things off.
