450-500 was fun for a few years. But 700+ is even more fun IMO. Especially when you're running with hellcats and big turbo supras.

But you also have to be set up for it.

I wonder how much harder I can push my set up ? I’m running a 4.15 blower pulley on a D1 and that netted me 570 to the wheels on a mustang dyno.

I dunno what the guts of yours are rated for but the D1 will definitely go a lot more. What RPM are you spinning it to and how much boost does it make as is?

You have a 3 bolt or single bolt tensioner?

10:1, 3.5" blower pulley (8 rib etc... w/ some slip) made 15#s and 650 on 93 (I think 14 degrees), 19 degrees on E85 made 715

6600 to get 570 on e85 with a 4.15 blower and 10% OD crank pulley. I have Manley H beams and Manley flat tops with all arp hardware and mellings oil pump. Stock heads refreshed with pac springs and gt40 followers. Oh and 6600 rpm was about 13# on boost.

hmmm...thats about what I made on the new motor @ 9.5:1 on 8# (put the wrong damned belt on and slipped like crazy) w/ 93 octane. Not sure on the dyno. The previous numbers were on a MD1100 I think it was

but let's not derail OPs thread too far lol
