If it is in park you can pump the throttle and the rpm's will come back down fine. But when he puts it in gear it will stay at idle until he hits the gas. When he hits the gas (in fwd or rev.) the rpms stay up until you hit the breaks to slow it down enough to throw it in park. We already replaced a few things with the same results. Any ideas?
