So, I have read many threads and installed my BAP and I can't get the pumps to turn on. I have wired everything correctly and its wired PRE FPDM. I can't hear it hum or anything I also put a voltmeter to the output on the BAP and reads zero. It does have the wire upgrade and have tired two different relays with same result. I bought the bap used from a member on this form, but starting to think its just a bad bap. Is there any other way to test the bap to confirm if its good or bad? Thanks for help svtp.

I know you've probably already done this but... did you replace the fuse for the BAP? Never know even if it looks good i would replace it to be sure.

Thanks for the help. I have double check everthing connections, grounds, relays, fuses. I know for a fact the bap has power going in and my relays are engaging like they suppose to,but no power coming out of the bap.

So you already verified the relay wire and proper Pin Locations? Some I have done werent correct when I have done the installs.
