I just heard that the city of Dallas is spending 45 million dollars on ANOTHER park in Dallas. This is the same ****ed up city that is having to lay off hundreds of teachers because of a screwed up budget. And, don't give me this shit about it being a "different budget" to fund the park. That's total BS!!!! If my checking account gets low, I transfer the money from my savings, period!
