So when i'm cruisin down the road i shift threw the gears all below 2K RPM and 4th gear pops out but not all the way. It's like its not fully engaging or something, but when my RPM's are at like 3K i can shift into 4th no problem. What seems to be the issue?

Sounds like a 3-4 syncro problem
