i have see some lightning owners talking about going 4v my question is what lower intake do you use?

Navigator, 2000 Cobra R, GT500 or GT. There are also adapters to use a 4.6 on a 5.4

so how do you keep the super charger on if you swap to 4v?

Have to use the GT500 setup or one for a Terminator with the adapters.

do the ports match the heads on the gt lower intake? doesn't the adapters hurt performance on the termi intake?

If you use the GT500 intake you are using the heads as well. Just like you would have a GT500 motor under your hood. No there is no performance loss running adapter plates to use the termi setup, just makes the runners a hair longer. If you use the Navi heads chances are you are either going turbo or using a centri s/c.
