4v timing

Installing factory cams. I had a broken secondary chain. I have the main chain lined up but secondary isn't. I wrote it wrong before. I know there in marks and key ways. Do I line up one or the other

With the crankshaft pully off the notch one the crankshaft should be at 6 o clock and the marks on the cam gear shoul be pointing towards the crankshaft

no. terrible description and the crank keyway should be pointed towards the TDC mark on the front cover.

I must have not explained it well enough. But yes set the crank to tdc and th marks will align. But if you pull off the crank pully while its set at tdc there should be a not on the crankshaft it self and I believe it should be in the 6 o clock position. Correct me if I'm wrong. But how did you set timing
