5 lug swap?

What is the best way of swaping out the cobra 4 lug to the 5 lug? I was looking to get a set of black 18" rims for it and I will have to swap out the 4 lug to the 5 lug setup.

I thought that I would ask due to the rear disks, you cant change them like the Gt's. I would have to keep the rear end that is in it, due to the parts that are in it. It is heavly built to handle the power and I dont want to change that if I dont have to

FYI I used the Baer kit and you can do a search in this fourm to find my setup and many others who have swaped to 5-lug.
