I currently have a bassani o/r X with the oval magnaflow mufflers. Im wanting something a little louder but not obnoxious. From what i have read the 4" standard magnapacks are even louder than Stingers which are LOUD. Im wanting to know if anyone has heard the 5" magnapacks with an offroad midpipe. Part number for the 5" is (12866). Seems like they would be slightly quieter than the 4" but still louder than the oval mufflers.
I just dont want to buy the 5" and have them be the same volume/tone as the oval mufflers.
also does anyone know if the magnapack and oval magnaflow catbacks utilize the same exhaust piping where the magnapacks could be swapped right in place of the oval mufflers? i realize the ovals are offset/offset but the pipe that connects the midpipe to muffler could possibly be rotated to line up the center/center magnapacks since it has a offset bend in it.
