That's what I've been hearing to, but things like that are always subject to change. Personally, I think the Boss will be a poor replacement for the V10.

It's actually a 6.2L and word is that for the F150 it will be more of a special edition engine. Don't expect it to be an option on the entire lineup, but mainly just the Raptor and possibly another one of the high end models. It will be an option on the F250 and F350s though replacing the V10 I believe. Nothing is final or set in stone though so who knows what they'll decide to do.

That's too bad. I like the looks and features of the of the new F150 the most but you don't tow stuff w/ looks and features. Given that the 1500 GMC/Chevy have the 6.0l as an available option across the board, AND given that Ford has apparently put it's small 4.5l diesel on the back burner for the foreseeable future, it just seems like Ford really needs to step up it's engine offerings and share the love w/ the new 6.2l Boss.

I guess time will tell . . .
