FOR SALE: 6# caged lower...but it's broken

Asking $250 shipped - mainly to cover my shipping cost to you.

For sale is a 6 lb. caged lower that was part of the WS6JJP initial run. I removed this a few years ago as the lower pulley started spinning on the spindle. See the video link (click) to watch the pulley spin, and then the pulley spin with the spindle held tight from the back side.

I am not positive what is needed to fix this, but hopefully someone with a stock lower and access to a machine shop can figure it out.
