6 PSI SRT-4 running 12.9?

My friend says that his buddy that owns a srt4 neon with 6-7 PSI running 12.9? I am waving the BULLSHIT flag b/c I do not believe this when those cars come 18 stock? Im not 100% on this that why Im getting some input. Help me out here he is a ricer.

He is a ricer. MODDED srt-4's with 23#s of boost are barely in the 12's.

Maybe he means 16-17psi? They do not come 18 stock...Your thinking more of the Evo8.

Of course he could have gotten a much larger turbo than stock and lowered the boost on it?

I ask him that he said 6 pounds and he also told me about 18 stock. How big would the Turbo have to be to make it run 12.9 on 6 psi.
