welded in flows on a 2.25" pipe suck. Flows won't net you much of a gain period, I would go with a straight thru muffler like Magnaflow if you want it quiet, and want to pick up around 25rwhp for around $400 shipped.

Also, I would spend the money on a catback system. I would not keep Flows with stock piping if you are looking for performance.

lower pulleys add boost, but mainly for torque
