I make 782 hp and 717 tq, the only differences from what your listing are...
*Id1000's.... they are close to being maxed, but still a little room.
*Fore fuel rails
*twin walbro 465's
*full 3" exhaust, no cats
*egr delete
*100% stock unopened motor.
*24.5 psi
My tuner was able to get 802 hp on a very, very aggressive but clean tune....but we decided to make it a little safer. I've been on that final tune for three years now.
Air intake heat will will be your next battle....so be prepared.

have fun...good luck!

Dang, those numbers are impressive! My setup is very similar to yours. I also have Fore fuel rails. Only differences are the fuel pumps, and exhaust (mine is 2.5" back from the mid-pipe instead of staying 3"). Can't wait to see how this setup performs when the time comes!

700 will be no problem. I'd be hoping for atleast 750 at that pulley setup. IMO no need at all for 1300's. I have dw95's(similar sizing to id1000's) and made 750 last year no issue, and should be around 800 now with still no issues.

Buddy of mine just made 802whp/700tq with a stock longblock, 2.9 crusher at 22.5lbs and he was on 80lbers but they are maxed out with a 45psi base fuel pressure. so if your goals are only 700 80's will get you there no problem. if you want 750 range and higher I'd invest in some bigger injectors. Doesn't have to be ID's there's lots of other good ones out there like fic, deatschwerks, bosch, etc.

I will have to let you know what I put down. My list is a pretty close setup. I drop the car off at whipple in 26 days :)

2.9 non crusher @ 20 psi
Lethal 850hp fuel kit
95lb injectors
And basic bolt on's

I have a Teksid block, 9.5:1, return system, 80s, twin 465s(base pressure of 60) with a VMP TVS 2.3.
Power is 740 at 22lbs on E85. 800+ with a 75 shot.
The 80s will work but are not ideal. 1000s or 1300 are a better choice.

Any updates on this?

I'm putting the final pieces of mine together this week. Still can't decide which pulley combo I want to run.

I have 3.25 and 3.375 uppers and 2lb and 4lb lowers...

I thought you were 733hp with the tvs at 21lb and stock long block? So you added more compression and one more psi of boost and gained 7hp?

Correct. The bump from 8.5 to 9.5 didn't net a lot of power. It did move the torque curve even lower which was good.

What's your pulley setup for 22psi? Any belt slip issues?

80s will work up to 714rwhp. 04 sleeper allready did it but you will be pushing them hard. id 1300 are a waste. id1050 will be just fine. Since you alllready have a big blower might as well put a highboost on it.

I did 80s with E85 close to 800rwhp. Plenty of room. I had IDs and pulled them for the 80s. My new setup should be way more than 800 and still on the 80s. 80s have hit over 900rwhp on E85. The drivibilty on 80s is amazing. With the prices of IDs vs 80s I would not touch IDs until I am at least 900 rwhp.

In the end you need to talk to your tuner and see what he/she likes tuning best as that will give you best results. There are some tuners that can't tune the 80s and some can work insane magic with the 80s and some tuners just want the extra $700 for the IDs over the FRPPs.

No BAP needed on Return system.

80s spray very inconsistent from injector to injector and even on the same injector in repeated testing. Get them flow tested and you'll see what I mean. That means each cylinder is slightly off from each other. You tune an average on the bank of cylinders since your wideband or dual wideband at best tells you what the collective average A/F of the cylinders is. Just because you can smooth them out in the tune and make it drive seemly OK to the end user is that really what you want in high HP applications? Just something to think about.
