While this wasn't a cobra part originally, it came off a mach1, and I figured there would be more interest here as you'd get to keep your original cobra brakes when doing an axle swap. With the exception of the catback and driveshaft, this should be a bolt in for 99-04 cobras.
Basically it has:
31 spline Moser axles
31 spline Moser spool
C-clip eliminators installed - Moser
FRPP 4.56 gears
tig welded axle tubes - all the way around except for the very top where the welder couldn't fit/see.
mach1/cobra brakes, calipers, rotors. Pads are almost shot and missing a clip, but they're like 20 bucks at vatozone.
