88 Gt caliper convert to bullitt front brake caliper?

What all parts are needed to mount bullitt front brake dual piston caliper to my 88 gt with 4 lug and 17in rims?

You can't. You'll have to do the whole brake swap. The rotors on the bullitt are 13 inches. The brakes on the fox body are like 10" or 10.5". Something really small.
