I usually dont mess around in
my town, anyways last thursday
bug cralled up my ass and I let it
go, got thru a few gears and there they
where in the shrubs. I have lived here for
18 years and I have never seen police in
that area. I thought I was gone, officer
told me I am prob going to jail. Gave me
the ticket $272, and said have a nice day.
So what am I looking at.I am gonna get legal
advice, and I have got speeding tickets in the
past. Just a side note , officer got in my face,
wich I deserved, but I kept my cool and showed
much respect, wich they deserve. Any thoughts
would help. Just had to vent, thanks.

89 in a 35? Wow! The usual "my speedometer is off" type excuses just aian't gonna cut it in this situation. See legal advice from an attorney who practices traffic law . Hopefully its your first serious speeding offense. Try a plea bargin. Be honest, be sincere. Good luck and ,......control that beast:D

If it is a ticket from a local municipality, not county or state, I would recommend you find an attorney from that town that does a lot of muni work. He will be known in that courthouse and the prosecutor and judge will also know him. They will make him the best deal on the first shot as long as you were cool with the cop and your record is good.

Good Luck

Ditto on the above

Good local attorney...Usually speeds like that are reported to your State's Div of Mtr Veh..who in turn notifies your insurance co.....Result....Rates go sky high...
