90mm Mass,Anderson and SDS????TUNING??

What power is the Ford 90mm mass good for? Do they work OK as a blow through Mass air meter? Also has any one used a SDS system on a Cobra before? how did it work? Also how about the Anderson piggy back system? Im looking for away for me to be able to make tuning changes since Ill be going turbo and probly be switching things up alot.....So any self tuning solutions under $1200?????? So NO FAST or DFI, I got other things to spend money on first..... Also I have a 97 Cobra.....
