ok a buddy of mine has a 91 LX that used to be a carolina ssp. i guess in order for more performance they removed the power steering. it still has the bracket and all the plumbing so how hard/howmuch would it cost to reinstall power steering? he also needs his speedo recalibrated for his 3.73 gears (again how hard/how much to fix)? thanks for the help guys!!!

A new pump is like 75 bucks or so from a parts house but as for a pulley that might be a little harder to get.
I've never heard of an agency pulling the p/s pump for more HP. Its likely whoever had it before took it off when it died.
As for the speedo correction a new cable gear is around 20 bucks from Ford.

how hard is it to put a new cable gear in?
easy. Its held in by 1 bolt. Takes about 5 minutes.
