93' 5.0L into 66' Fastback

My Dad and I are currently swapping the 5.0 efi out of my wreck 1993 Notchback LX into his 1966 Fastback GT and we are concerned about when it comes time to wiring up the new wiring harness into the 66'. We wanna know if anyone else on here has done (or attempted) this swap. Let's hear what you've got!

I think you can buy 5.0 harnesses that plug into the factory 66 harness. Check out http://www.qualityautospecialties.com/product_info.php?cPath=38&products_id=152 they sell RJM harnesses. I bought mine straight from RJM years ago for my street rod, apparently his site is down and he's had customer service issues in the past so I'd buy from one of his vendors like these guys.
