This Teksid motor comes from a Mark VIII with 108,000 miles. Yes, it is a real Teksid, Not a WAP aluminum or cast iron. It comes with main caps and is great for super build ups. $500 buys it (FIRM) and $60-80 ships it to lower 48 states. Weight about 90lbs. I would recommend that you take it to a machine shop and check deck hight, hone cylinder bores and any other work they recommend. Remember block is stock and just removed from car and never rebuilt. Ships from 32829 and is first come first serve. Payment by money order only!! Post here first then PM me.

care to quickly explain the differences between a regular block and a teksid?

Teksid = the best 4.6L modular block ever made! Proven on many 1000+hp stangs.

This is one serious block for your stang. Fits anything that had a 4.6L modular in it.
