So I finally got around to pull the power train, and removed the cruise control and the emission components.
I also cut the lower radiator support to replace with a new one. I also began to separate the ABS wiring from the EEC harness.
It should be a nice swap for sure when you're done with it. Keep up the good work.
I agree! I'm now about to start preping the engine bay, as well as the front suspension. I was collecting parts for a long time, just never got around to doing it. So now I have to.
This is going to be a epic build. Makes me miss my 95 Rio Red Cobra. Damn you! Crab claw is king.

Not much to update, I sold the TR6060 and bought an RPM built T56 from a member on here.
So I went ahead and installed it to the 5.4

I do have one small request if you don't mind. In one of the pics I see an x pipe leaning up against the 5.4. Is that pipe for the 5.4? Can you do me a favor and measure the center to center of the side that connects to the header? It looks like its for longtubes.

The x pipe is what came out of my 5.0, but it did have a stock X pipe. I can take measurements that you want. I'll shoot you a pm on Tuesday with pics
Yea! It was going to be more than I thought to fix it, so I'm just going to swap everything over that I can. I'll deff let you know when it's done Angel. I have a bunch of pushrod stuff if you're interested.
Nice! I wouldve done that swap on my 69 but I already have a 2003 cobra drive train going into that. What are you going to do with the 5.0? My brother is looking for a short block. He's got a 64 falcon.

I sold the long block, but I have a brand new 331 I had built to replace the 347. It's actually perfect for a classic car, no emissions on it. Call me and I can give you specific details on it, that is if your brother has any interest on it. I guarantee it won't disappoint.
