94 sho Transmission HELP

when it's sitting still in drive it surges, when you try to move it
surges more, faster movement, harder surges. unplug the electrical connector and it stops but you have to shift manually. it only has 2nd and 3rd gear when it's unplugged.

what is this?

I'm assuming your talking about the AXODE? If you are call Doug Lewis @ FPS in Douglasville, GA. He's the only person I'd trust to touch one of those tranns, expensive, but worth it.
