Sorry, a newbie here with a subject no doubt addressed before. I'm the new owner of a '95 Cobra R. I hounded the original owner, a good friend of mine, since he got it new in '95. It's finally coming to me. But its fuel cell is leaky. I know the drill to have the fuel cell renewed out in Oregon. But does anyone know of a fuel tank alternative. I know it's out there because I saw another '95 R last week equipped with a nice "simple" aluminum tank. I'm not going to be racing the car and am a long-term owner. I'd rather not have to look forward to that expensive repair every 8-10 years. Any leads?

I installed a used 1995 stock gas tank. The cost was about ~$150. I saved all of the parts if (or when) I need to put the 95R back to stock.
I am just saving money to able to race a Mustang.
