Anyone know if the R uses a regular Mustang pump in the fuel cell? Mine is going lean on the dyno...(due to pressure drop) Thanks in advance...

Yep, just get a regular Mustang fuel pump. It will go right in.

Bump up to a 190 lph so you don't have fuel issues. Then install an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Bump to a 255 and be done with it. Forget the AFPR because the computer will adjust around it. Burn a chip if your having fuel issues.

Use any pump that will fit in stock 5.0 tank. I recomend an after-market pump with higher capacity. We also recalibrated our mass air to 30# injectors and squeesed the fuel pressure regulator to 54#. That made our 24# injectors flow like 30# injectors. The 24's were going to 100% duty cycle at the stock pressure.

The "R"s came with a 190 lph, I believe.

I agree with 94Cobra, about putting in a 255 lph.
