Okay guys, I want to build my 98 Cobra to be a Z06 destroyer, and I have done exhaustive research on the following combination and would like confirmation before spending multi-$$$$ that I am on the right track.
Current mods: Bassani ORX
Borla/SVO side exhaust
Cobra R wheels
Future mods: 1500 k/b with 8# pulley
water injection
autologic chip and custom tune from Kennedys
70 mm oval t/b
90mm lightning MAF
BBK C.A.K.
42# inj.
Iridium plugs
Drag radials
3.73's if needed
Boost a spark
255 in tank
I hope to get 400 rwhp/445 bhp from this combo, Kennedys said that will not be a problem. What will my car run in the 1/4 mile (with practice), is this enough to beat stock Z06's on the STREET?
If I can hit an 11.99 1/4 mile best I will be happy
