Im going to put a 7 qt oil pan on my 96 Cobra. It has an oil level sensor mounted on the drivers side of the oil pan. I believe this was removed on 98 and later models. Can anyone tell me if this can be turned off in the computer or if it can be eliminated? It doesn't use a typical bung that can be welded onto the pan to mount it. It has a nut welded inside the pan and the sensor threads through and is sealed flat to the outside of the pan. I can post some pics if necessary. Thanks,
