Hell no! And ya, BASF sells it. Nothing cooler then a mystic!! Good for you for wanting to bring her back!

I'm guessing they still currently sell it? I would rather have the paint from them versus the paint I saw was recommended on the mystic forums from automotivetouchup.com.

Haha right?
Mystic is dark, mysterious, and manly.
Mustichrome is bright, vibrant, and more "feminine" (for lack of a better term)
I like Mystichrome, just prefer the Mystic by a large margin.
*I mean no offense to the MC owners out there, they are beautiful cars!

I absolutely LOVE my car...I saved for 2 years to finally bring that paint back.

I'm not sure that I'd agree with feminine/masculine, but they are different and extremely difficult to capture in photography. Which of the above cars do you think is more Masculine? There is gold in Mystic and none in Mystichrome, but it really doesn't show up. Mystichrome color shifts more subtly. I like them both, but certainly wouldn't interchange them on an original car.

The Mystichrome reminds me of a color for nail polish.

It's a beautiful color, just doesn't look tough enough for me though. I dunno, it's just me. Everyone had their own opinion.

Yes. BASF still carries it. My paint shop was able to purchase it straight from them to repaint a new front bumper and rear spoiler. It matched up really well with the original paint.
