I just replaced my spark plugs, and oil was on one of them. Somebody told me I prob need a valve cover gasket? Anyways, I also have what looks like water with a oil in it coming out of my exhaust? no smoke, just fluids come out of the exhaust sometimes? I don't know much about cars, but I know that cant be good. help! lol

Not sure about the fluids coming out of exhaust but usually oil on the plug is the spark plug grommet gone bad which comes in the valve cover set. If I take my valve covers off to replace grommets, I usually replace VC gasket as well.

Since laddanator's got your valve cover grommets covered. I'll attempt to address your "oily substance" in the exhaust. Do you notice a loss of other engine fluids? Coolant, high oil consumption, etc.

Compression/Leak down/Cooling System Pressure test would tell you a lot about the engine's overall health and help you determine what's wrong and where issues are taking place.
