well i bought a 98 CSVT for 550 bucks, the motor is junk in it something in the lower end isnt right. But i want to do a 3.0 swap but i have heard there is many many ways to do it? I have heard you can straight drop a 3.0 in and be done or you can put the 3.0 in with the SVT heads cam and intake. My question is whats going to make me the most power?? i have a line on a 2007 Escape motor with 30k miles on it, so i just want to make sure im getting the most power i can out of this swap. I have never looked at contours really i have always wanted one but a mustang has always taken presidence, any help would be awesome if i dont need the 3.0 heads i can buy the motor with out them and save more money
