99-01 cobra tail light question

Picked up a set of 01 cobra tails for my 03. I got the lights with the harness.
My question is would i just be able to plug them in or would i have to do some wiring? Any input would be great.

They wont plug in. You have to cut the ends of the plugs off the 99-01 lights,then cut the ends off of your plugs. Be sure to leave a few inches of wire on your plugs. Then you match all the colors together......this will help more

I did it to my car and took less than an hour and I love it!
